About us

Our Mission

At VanFill, we’re all about making transport simpler, smarter, and more sustainable - because let’s face it, logistics shouldn’t be a puzzle you can’t solve! We know how frustrating and costly moving goods can be, so we’re here to help you piece together the perfect transport solution. Whether you’re a business or an individual, we connect you with available transport providers, making sure no space goes to waste.

Using AI and geolocation, we optimise routes, cut delivery costs, and ensure that every journey fits together like the perfect jigsaw. Whether you’re shipping across the city or to the most remote locations, we’ll help you stay on track without missing a piece.

Our Vision

We dream of a world where transport is easy, eco-friendly, and benefits everyone. Imagine fewer empty trips, lower costs, and a system that runs as smoothly as a well-oiled engine. We believe that by working together - whether you’re a business, a driver, or just someone needing to move something - we can make transport fairer, greener, and more accessible for all. Let’s build a logistics network where every journey is part of the bigger picture, ensuring no piece is left behind

Together, we can make a positive change by reducing unnecessary trips, maximising vehicle usage, and driving towards a greener tomorrow.

Inspire Change

We aim to inspire individuals, businesses, and communities to make a difference. By challenging conventional approaches to logistics and promoting innovative solutions, VanFill empowers people to drive change, embrace inclusivity, and create a more sustainable and compassionate world.

How It All Started

In early 2022, as the crisis in Ukraine unfolded, Aleksandra Czech-Seklecka, our founder, found herself piecing together a complex puzzle of logistics. She worked tirelessly to organise medical supplies for those in need, but missing transport links made the process feel like an impossible jigsaw with crucial pieces missing. That’s when the idea clicked into place: What if there were a platform that connected anyone needing to transport goods - no matter what or where, even in the most remote locations - with available vans, trucks, or drivers ready to fill the gaps?

And so, VanFill came together - fitting perfectly into the logistics puzzle by filling transport gaps, reducing empty trips, cutting delivery costs, and creating a seamless, efficient solution for transporting goods. At VanFill, we believe every piece matters. By supporting smaller transport providers and helping businesses find cost-effective ways to move their products, we’re ensuring no business or community is left behind.
